NUTRAGILE Brewer's Yeast Powder
What is brewer's yeast?
Brewer's yeast "saccharomyces cerevisae" is a microscopic fungus.
Its virtues have been known since ancient times, and today it is classified by the UN as a "superfood"
Why and how does it work?
Brewer's yeast is composed of a colony of microscopic fungi, generally of the species Saccharomyces cerevisae or Candida utilis.
These non-pathogenic micro-organisms digest the sugar and starch in cereals, creating a medium rich in high-biological-value proteins (35% to 40%) and vitamins, mainly those of the B group (B1, B3, B6, B9).
Rich in minerals, brewer's yeast is also an excellent source of calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and selenium
This gives it an energizing and invigorating effect, helping to combat fatigue and promote recovery.
B vitamins are known for their multiple effects:
Immune system support, boosting energy metabolism, keratin synthesis (horn and hair growth), effect on nervous balance.
Extremely powerful for regenerating intestinal flora (prebiotics nourish digestive tract bacteria).
Protein for muscle development.
