Coconut oil has many qualities adapted to horses' skin, mane and horn problems. Extremely nourishing, it can moisturize damaged manes and tails, and hydrate the epidermis or corners of the mouth. It can even be applied to hooves for dry, brittle horn.

The benefits of coconut oil are numerous, thanks to its exceptionally rich composition in fatty acids, vitamins and phytosterols.
Themonounsaturated fatty acids (omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 - it contains between 5 and 8% oleic acids) are of particularinterest fortheir anti-inflammatory properties, which nourish, moisturize and soften the skin.
Coconut oil is also a source of vitamins, notably Vitamin E, recognized for its antioxidant and protective properties, and Vitamin A, which promotes skin hydration.
Finally, the dermatological benefits of coconut oil are linked to its phytosterol content, which soothes, repairs and deeply nourishes the skin. Skin is regenerated, soothed, softened and more supple.
