Developed by Freejump to protect young riders from 25 kg upwards while riding, the EQUITHÈME Airsafe airbag vest offers increased protection for the rider by meeting the new NF S72-800-2022 standard. France is the first country to adopt a standard governing the manufacture of Equestrian Airbags, which are PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Pending European harmonization, this NF S72-800-2022 standard provides riders with enhanced protection by regulating the protective surface area and inflation speed, and imposing much more stringent impact tests on vests.

This airbag protects the rider's vital zones thanks to its extremely rapid inflation time, optimized protection surface and excellent impact resistance. The EQUITHÈME Airsafe airbag vest protects the cervical vertebrae, back, lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, pelvis and thorax.
Cervical protection optimized for certified riding helmets. Continuous hip protection for perfect trunk alignment. Chest protection adapted to each size (24% of chest circumference and 100% of waist-shoulder length). Back protection also adapted to each size (20% of chest circumference and 120% of waist-shoulder length). Better protection of the spine and vital organs thanks to 2 bust heights per size on sizes XS-S-M-L (regular fit).
Its high performance is also determined by its inflation speed of 98 ms (*for an airbag in adult size S). The EQUITHÈME Airsafe airbag vest reaches the pressure required for optimum protection in 98 ms*, thus outperforming the impact tests of the AFNOR NF S78-800-2022 standard. Compatible with garments bearing the "Freejump Airbag Technology" badge, it can also be worn discreetly under an approved** competition jacket. Resetting is facilitated by the cap's guide for unscrewing/unscrewing: easy resetting and no chance of losing the cap. The ball-holding clip makes it easy and safe to replace the ball cord.
The EQUITHÈME Airsafe airbag vest is approved for Freejump cartridges only. There are 3 sizes of cartridge to be adapted according to the size of the airbag: The child airbag is suitable for a person weighing at least 25 kg. Adult airbags from size XXS upwards are suitable for a person of at least 1.45 m and 35 kg. 50 CC (for child sizes S and L). 60 CC (for adult sizes XXS to L) 85 CC (for adult sizes L long - XL - XXL) A QR code printed on Freejump cartridges enables you to view a video explaining how to reassemble the new cartridge after an accident or accidental triggering. The use of cartridges of any other brand or not adapted to the size of the vest voids all guarantees and responsibilities of the manufacturer. The user assumes all liability for the use of any other brand of cartridge or for the use of cartridges not adapted to the size of the vest.
