Thyme (thymus vulgaris) relieves a wide variety of respiratory ailments.
WHY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Thyme's effectiveness on the respiratory tract is due to its natural constituents:
Thymol is an anti-infectious agent
Geraniol and linalool are antifungal agents
Paracymene is an analgesic
Borneol is a respiratory antiseptic and anti-inflammatory
As an 8-day course of treatment:
Foals / Ponies: 25 g / day
Horses: 50 g / day
For maintenance :
Foals / Ponies: 15g / day
Horses: 20g / day
