Bioavailable trace elements: Trace elements essential for muscle and hematopoietic function are bound to amino acids or peptides to ensure optimal absorption, including copper, manganese, zinc and a controlled level of iron. Antioxidants : Vitamin E and selenium are important antioxidant micronutrients that protect muscle cell membranes from naturally induced oxidative effects during activity.
