What is a marketplace product?
Foolfashion Partner products are offered by external sellers via our website foolfashion.ch.. They are therefore only available online and not in our Etoy store. Our partners are selected with the greatest care by our teams and respect our corporate values. You can recognize a Foolfashion partner product by the words "sold by" on the product page.
Why has FOOLFASHION chosen a marketplace?
We want to offer you an even wider range of equestrian products. And since there's room for everyone, we've chosen to rely on partners carefully selected by our teams, to offer you the best products and guarantee the best possible experience. We make sure that the brands we work with meet our exacting specifications.
Where can I find partner products?
All over the site. And for you, it's super transparent: to know at a glance whether a product is sold by a partner, you'll find the mention "sold by" as well as the link to our boutiques.
In concrete terms, how does it work?
The principle of a marketplace is to bring together several partners under the same roof. And to each his own organization! Delivery methods, times and rates vary from one partner to another.

I select the product I like. If it's sold by a partner, this is indicated on the product sheet. I add it to my basket.

I validate my basket and choose my delivery method for each partner (one delivery per partner).
What about returns?
We do not accept returns of partner products in our Etoy store. You return your items in their original packaging directly to our partners. Return conditions, including potential costs, are defined by our partners and can be found in their general terms and conditions of sale. What about the return period? You have 14 days to return items (new and unused) that are not to your liking. For an exchange, you return the unsuitable item and place a new order. Returns are subject to a voucher.
